Seaglass Therapy provides comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and adult families or friends aged 18 and older. Using systemic and evidence-based approaches, clients are supported in addressing mental health concerns, deepening relationships, and sustaining meaningful progress. Midlife & Beyond
Seaglass Therapy specializes in supporting adults 40 and older—individuals, couples, and families—through aging, health concerns, caregiving, career shifts, life transitions, and relationships. Midlife and later life can be deeply meaningful and transformative seasons, inviting reflection, recalibration of identity, and opportunities to show up in ways that feel authentic and fulfilling. Personal growth during this stage is strengthened by stable, caring relationships, which research consistently shows enhance well-being and quality of life over time. Seaglass Therapy provides a compassionate, medically informed space to support emotional and relational health, foster resilience, nurture connection, and address the unique challenges and opportunities of this phase of life.
Health and Safety
Seaglass Therapy is committed to client health and safety and remains compliant with CDC recommendations. At this time, masks are optional for all visitors. Seaglass Therapy is located in the iconic South Lake Union district at Waterworks Marina. The office features a private waiting room and a calming lake view for in-person sessions. Modern conveniences include:

Site VISITS
Site visits are available at select retirement communities in King County, bringing therapy directly to older adults in a familiar, comfortable setting for those with mobility or access challenges who prefer in-person sessions.

Telehealth sessions are available to Washington residents, offering flexible, accessible care for clients who prefer to meet virtually.
